It follows our thoughts, accepting it as commands and fulfilling them.If you have been spending your days grumbling about car problems, relationship problems, financial issues and work crises, than that is exactly what your thoughts are filled with all day long.This is why we spend most of our lives facing one trouble after another.

We are focusing on one negative aspect of our lives after another, which colors our perspective and gets us into a habit of looking only at the off-putting. We notice our blessings, but due to all the troubles we are facing, we believe it is our right to have those blessings in our life.The fact that we keep thinking of ourselves as victims, makes our subconscious believe that that is exactly what we want, more troubles and crisis and hence it fulfills our wishes. As a result, we grumble more and the subconscious goes on granting us more and more troubles.

It doesn’t understand that we have a habit of focusing on what we don’t want, instead of what we do want. We have conditioned ourselves into thinking negatively and as a result we have developed a ‘lacking’ mentality.The only way to change our reality is by doing what we haven’t done ever before. After all, if we continue doing what we have always done, i.e. thinking negatively, we will continue living an unhappy and insufficient life.
