It tries to answer the question how do we stop frowning?. The author views work-life stress, multiple future deadlines, and close-up computer work as being the main sources of frowning. By using the two concepts of Hunters vision and Cathedral vision, and the idea of living in the present, as well as many tips for relaxing the forehead, the author discusses ways that we might move our consciousness *away* from the very front of ones head to the centre of the heads and towards the heart and body.

By moving away from the very front of our eyes and heads and into a heart-smiling body, frowning is less likely to happen.The author has experienced a great number of benefits from applying these lessons including less broken sleep, calmness in the face of high work-loads and clearer sinuses. These ideas are shared here following the author’s 10-year journey of reflecting on why, for some people, frowning takes place so readily and easily.Bruce Lankford previously used his pen-name Alistair McLank to publish an earlier version of this book.

He is a scientist and writer living in England. He is not medically trained and is clear about this fact.
